I had an issue with a 1s board that was like this too. It beeped and it was being read by the configurator but didn’t move the motor. I told my seller about it as it was fairly new and he said it was a bad fc and replaced it.

I’m not entirely sure how new yours is but it could just be defective. Sometimes the fets for the escs aren’t placed properly or it heats up enough to mess smth up. not entirely sure but yes you may need to replace the aio
